Selkies

I love the idea of running away to the sea.  I just watched Ondine which is about a Selkie- a Selkie is a seal who can shed its skin and become a human.

James Hance- Relentlessly Cheerful Art

I'm loving James Hance's art work.  It's a play on the classics in a comic, modern way.

Classic Batman

With so many variations of the Dark Knight out there, it's always a delight when I find images of what I like to think of the real, classic (and damn sexy) Batman.

Threadless

have you ever heard of Threadless?  Threadless is a community-based company that prints submitted art work that has been chosen by the internet community.  Very cool.

I stumbled upon this great one (above) I love all the different types of poop.  I have to say turquoise is pretty luck back there, he looks like he's enjoying it!  I can't say whether pink or red is worse, when it won't stop or it simply won't happen...  makes me want to take a poop <3

And while I was looking around at their classics on the home page, I found these gems.  Expect to see lots of art from threadless- maybe I'll submit something one of these days...
Today I am sickly- with a sore throat and head cold.  Sitting in bed being very productive- obviously.

Return of the Jedi

I have a great original theater movie poster (below) of Return of the Jedi in my bedroom.  I love the '80s scifi book cover art aspect of it.  Darth Vader looming the the background, Luke glowing like the messiah,  Han Solo in a James Bond pose and Leia in her slave bikini, classic! <3
*I found this poster at a yard sale about 6 years ago.  I freaked out so much, the guy selling it gave it to me for free.  Turned out he worked at a theater when the movie was released and kept a number to movie posters.  Thanks!
